Here I have a matched set of Cherry wood handled Kiridashis. Made from 3/16” 1095 high carbon steel and brass pins. Cherry has been finished with boiled linseed oil. The total length of each of the kiridashis is 7”. The body of the steel is hand sanded to 400 grit and the bevels have been hand sanded to 3000 grit.
