NYUK Hunting Knife made from 1095 hardened carbon steel. The knife has been normalized, heat treated, and tempered. The heat treat has produced a hamon as you can see by the differential line on the blade. This just means that the cutting edge is hardened while the spine stays softer. The following are it's dimensions and info:

Leather sheath is made to be a friction fit. So the knife snaps into the sheath and stays. The top is made into a belt loop so this can easily be worn on your side.

Total Length: 11"
Blade Length: 6"
Handle Length: 4 3/4"
Blade width: 3/16"
Steel Used: 1095 carbon steel
Handle Material: Hickory
Handle Finish: Boiled Linseed Oil
Pins: Brass

The blade has also been etched in Ferric Chloride to bring out the hamon. It may a bit hard to see as with this blade I have rubbed down the blade with extra fine steel wool to remove some of the oxidation caused by the etching.
