Leather Gun Scabbard for 30-30 Marlin 336 lever action rifle
This scabbard has been made to fit a model 336 Marlin 30-30 lever action rifle. Made from 8-9 oz. leather and dyed dark brown the main body of the scabbard was hand stitched using brown 1.0 tiger thread and the inside of the scabbard was coated with TanKote and rubbed smooth. A basic basket basket weave tooling was added to the barrel end of the scabbard. The edge were sanded and burnished using Tokonole. All hardware such as buckles, rivets, and snap are all solid brass.
